Samm Tyroler-Cooper
Samm Tyroler-Cooper is a Research Associate with DGI’s Center for Intelligence Research and Analysis. Her work focuses on Chinese science and technology research and development. Prior to joining CIRA, Ms. Tyroler-Cooper worked at the Council on Foreign Relations and in the Asia-Pacific Security Affairs division of the Office of the Secretary of Defense in the Pentagon. She also was a Fulbright Scholar in Beijing. She received her MA degree in international relations from Yale University and BA from Brown University in Chinese literature.
