Rob Egbert
Robert Egbert is a Research Associate with DGI’s Center for Intelligence Research and Analysis. His work focuses on Chinese science and technology research and development.

Prior to joining CIRA, Mr. Egbert served as an Intelligence Officer for the Defense Intelligence Agency on the China Technology Transfer team of the Technology Warning Division. Mr. Egbert has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and B.A. in Korean, both from Brigham Young University. He has completed a number of professional education courses on radar and electronic warfare systems at Georgia Tech Research Institute. He served as a church missionary for two years in South Korea's Gyeongsang Province. Concurrent with his work at CIRA, Rob is pursuing a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at the University of Washington in Seattle.
