Information we collect
- If you request information through our on-line contact forms, we ask for and store the business-related information you provide (e.g., name, e-mail, corporate profile, etc.) to assist us in responding to your request. This information is used for business contacts only. All the information users submit to DGI is done on a voluntary basis. When a user clicks the "Submit" button on any of the Web forms found on the DGI site, they are indicating voluntarily consent to the conditions outlined in this policy. We do not collect personally identifiable information (e.g., name, address, phone number, e-mail address) unless you provide it. In all cases, the information collected is used to respond to user inquiries or to provide services requested by our users; we never sell any of the contact information supplied to us. Any information provided through one of our Web forms is removed from Web servers within seconds, increasing the protection for this information.
If you apply for a job at Defense Group Inc., we request information about you. This information is used for employment consideration only. We keep the information for future consideration and for compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
How e-mail is handled
- We use information you send us by e-mail only for the purpose for which it is submitted (e.g., to answer a question, to send information). In addition, if you do choose to provide information, it is only used to respond to your request (e.g., addressing a package to send you information or products) or to provide a service you are requesting (e.g., training registration). Access to your information will be limited to appropriate personnel and contractors needing such information in the performance of their job functions.
