CoBRA® 3.0 Hotfix 1
Corrects an error where some users are unable to view attachments to an Incident Report when using the Incident Report Viewer inside CoBRA® 3.0 software. If you are not experiencing a problem viewing attachments to an Incident Report in the Incident Report Viewer within CoBRA®, DO NOT download this hotfix. If you are not sure whether or not you are experiencing the problem, please call technical support at 877.233.5789. To update, follow these instructions:
- Check the version of CoBRA® you have installed on your computer by:
- Open My Computer
- Navigate to the directory C:\program Files\Cobra
- Find the CoBRA.exe file (it may just be named CoBRA)
- Right click on the CoBRA.exe file
- Select Properties
- In the Properties dialog box that appears, check the Modified Date. If it is before September 1, 2004, DO NOT run this hotfix – instead, call 877-233-5789. If it is after September 1, 2004, proceed.
- Click here to download the hotfix file.
- Open the zip file and extract the IncRepBase.dll file to a convenient location, such as your desktop.
- Copy this file (right click on file and select Copy).
- Again, open My Computer. Navigate to and open the C:\program Files\Cobra\Controls folder.
- Right click inside this folder in an open space (not on another file) and select Paste.
- If you are asked whether or not to replace existing file, select yes.
- Close all folders. You may now also delete the zip file you downloaded and the IncRepBase.dll file you extracted if desired.
- Run CoBRA®.
