
Gary N. Aubert
Mr. Aubert is the President and Chief Operating Officer for DGI. He has broad experience in aerospace systems, particularly strategic and theatre nuclear forces and C3I support systems. Mr. Aubert served as Vice President and Special Assistant to the President, RDA, and previously served as the Director of the Technology and Analysis Operation, RDA. He also served as Director of Systems Analysis and Costing at The Aerospace Corporation.
William Schneider, Jr.
Dr. Schneider is currently serving as the Chairman of the Defense Science Board. He is the President of International Planning Services, Inc., a Washington-based international trade and finance advisory firm and is an Adjunct Fellow of the Hudson Institute. He was formerly Under Secretary of State for Security Assistance, Science and Technology. He served as Associate Director for National Security and International Affairs at the Office of Management and Budget. Earlier, he was a senior staff member to the Chairman of the House appropriations Committee.
John P. Stenbit
Mr. Stenbit is currently a member of the Defense Science Board. He recently served as Assistant Secretary of Defense for Networks and Information Integration and as the Defense Chief Information Officer. Prior to these positions, he served as the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Communications and Intelligence. Mr. Stenbit earlier served as Executive Vice President of TRW. A member of the National Academy of Engineering, Mr. Stenbit served as Chair of the Science and Technology Advisory Group to the Director of Central Intelligence, and a member of the Science Advisory Group to the Directors of Naval Intelligence and the Defense Communications Agency. |

Lynn R. Coleman
Lynn Coleman, a retired partner (1981-2007) in Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, founded the firm's energy practice and was its practice leader for 20 years. This practice grew to be one of the world's largest and most comprehensive.
Mr. Coleman received his B.A. from Abilene Christian College in 1961; his L.L.B. with honors from the University of Texas in 1964, where he was an Editor, Texas Law Review. He then served as Law Clerk to Judge John R. Brown, U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, (1964-1965).
Mr. Coleman began law practice with Vinson & Elkins in Houston Texas, where he concentrated in oil and natural gas law, representing natural gas pipelines and producers, and became a partner in 1972. In 1977, he was nominated by President Carter to serve as General Counsel of the newly formed Department of Energy. He later was appointed Deputy Secretary. He therefore served as the top lawyer and a senior policy maker during this stressful and transformative period from 1977-1971.
Mr. Coleman's experience includes extensive work with experts in the fields of engineering, geology, economics, accounting, banking, environmental science, nuclear science and national security.
Mr. Coleman has been an Adjunct Professor at the Law Schools of the University of Virginia and the University of Texas (Austin), conducting seminars on energy and environmental law (2007-2010).
He currently serves on boards of directors of, Key Energy Services (Corporate Governance Committee) and TOTAL Holdings U.S.A., Inc (non-executive Chair of the Board of Directors). He also serves on the Board on the non-profit Piedmont Environmental Council in Virginia. |
