Product quality is a critical DGI driver and requires a team with both education and experience. From an educational perspective, 15% have Ph.D.'s and account for 20% of our team's man-years of experience. An additional 65% of our staff has bachelors and/or master's degrees and account for 64% of the company's experience base. Importantly, our team has substantial senior-level military, government and industry experience—all of which is available to meet our customers' needs. |
