DGI has developed innovative techniques for the demodulation of digital communication signals in the presence of non-Gaussian interference and fading. Methods have been developed for binary coherent phase shift keying (BCPSK) demodulation, 8-ary and binary frequency shift keying (FSK) demodulation, and code division multiple access (CDMA) signals in the presence of other interference CDMA signals. DGI’s methods apply adaptive techniques in the presence of time-varying interference and other time-varying conditions, and have shown very large performance improvements relative to conventional methods for digital signal demodulation.
